I unpublished MY BOOKS early 2023. My account was closed APRIL 14, 2023, by Amazon, I allege, in my opinion, in a potentially fraudulent way. There should be NONE of my books for sale "new", in ANY of the Amazon Marketplaces anywhere in the world, (unless these are used).

Please know, if my books are for sale in any Amazon marketplace, anywhere in the world, it is against my will and I DID NOT CONSENT! Also, I am not receiving ANY ROYALTIES. Amazon is not paying me royalties.

I allege, that Amazon is aware of this since I sent them multiple emails and a cease and desist order. And yet, they continue to publish/SELL my books, my labor, my sweat and tears, my life work, my life legacy, my ideas, my art, as if it were their own, and as if they owned it.

Amazon does not own my books. MY books belong to me. And I never sold them my rights to my books, or agreed to let Amazon violate my copyrights and intellectual property.

Please keep in mind, however, that Amazon is getting away with publishing and selling my books all over the world, because when my AMAZON KDP account was open, and I was an AMAZON KDP self-publisher, I uploaded my book's manuscripts to AMAZON. I trusted Amazon to keep these safe. After Amazon closed my account, I have personally seen many times, that many of my books which I unpublished, have been republished, BY AMAZON and and my books put up fo sale.

At present, any sale of my books, "new", by Amazon, or their third party book sellers, is NOT with my permission. NO! AMAZON you don't have the right to sell my books, publish and unpublish at Will. That is an abuse of my intellectual property rights. And I allege, I am being treated like a slave, as my labor, sweat and tears, is being taken from me! Please God, help me. Help me God. Help me.

Unfortunately, I can not do anything about it. And I am sorry. I have no power over Amazon, and I allege that I have been abused by them. However, one thing I can do, is SHOUT IT FROM THE MOUNTAIN TOPS. I can let everyone who will listen NOT TO BUY MY BOOKS ON AMAZON!

Here is the email I received from Amazon closing my account. Notice where it states, "All of your published titles will be removed from sale on Amazon." And yet, in contravention of their own writing, since the email, I believe, that AMAZON, via their multiple markets, republished my unpublished my books, (over and over again), and put them up for sale for profit!

For months, and even years before 2023, I allege, that I experienced harassment by Amazon. I received emails from apparently them, in DIFFERENT LANGUAGES, threatening my account.
Also, for years, I made requests to find out and confirm about specific book royalties. I allege that every time I tried to use the online "sales" checker, it wouldn't work for me. Therefore, I questioned the accuracy of the royalties that I received. This is a reason why I unpublished my books as I believe, and allege, that for years, I may have been cheated on my royalties.

Then, many months before the account closure, I began to UNPUBLISH MY BOOKS. Tired of what I allege was abuse, I didn't want to sell my books with Amazon any more. Then at the beginning of 2023 my books were unpublished.

Notice that under "Unpublishing books" it reads: "When you unpublish your book, customers won't be able to buy new copies through KDP. Third parties may still sell used copies of print books on Amazon. That means your book's detail page will stay live on the website. However, customers won't be able to buy new copies through KDP unless you publish it again."

Exactly, the opposite is happening to my books in Amazon. My books are being republished by Amazon, and as such, are being sold as "new".

Then, on April 14, 2024, Amazon closed my account.

However, after Amazon closed my account, I realized that Amazon continued to sell my books, which I had unpublished (made NO LONGER available!), and that Amazon had republished them and was 'selling' my books in different international markets around the world. Interestingly, Amazon was REPUBLISHING more of my books in other international markets like Turkey, Mexico and Brazil. I wondered if they thought, that because I am based in the USA, I wouldn't notice.

I then hired and attorney and wrote AMAZON a cease and desist letter trying to make them STOP!

Amazon responded by writing this email below.

However, Amazon, via their different international markets in ie Mexico, Brazil, Australia, Italy, Japan, Sweden, Spain, Canada, Turkey, etc, as related to different books, at different times of the year, I allege, continued, and continues to, republish my books directly or via their third party publishers, and therefore sell my books "NEW" for profit. I am NOT receiving any royalties because my account is closed.

Again, these are my books, my sweat, my tears, my art, my legacy, 12 years of my life, my time, related to my whole life experiences, my soul expressions, my talent, my creations, my art work, my words, my ideas, my writing, and more. And I allege, that by selling my books without my permission and in violation of my intellectual property rights, Amazon is abusing my rights as a human being, and also, treating me as if I was a slave.

Please, I beg you, don't buy my books on Amazon. I beg you.
